To Enter By Completing A Survey: To enter the Sweepstakes by taking a survey, you must be a registered on www.ContemporaryConsumer.com (the “Website”). Registration is free. To register on the Website, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit and follow the provided instructions to complete and submit a registration form by providing your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and all other required information. Once you have registered, you may receive invitations to participate in surveys on the Website. Each time you properly complete a qualifying survey, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, you will have the opportunity to elect whether you would like to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Then, you may click on the provided button (or checkbox) to indicate that you would like to be entered into the Sweepstakes and you will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.
To Enter Without Completing A Survey: To enter the Sweepstakes without registering for the Website or completing a survey, please hand write your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a “3x5” card and mail in an envelope to Research Results, 805 Main Street, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, 01420, Attn: Contemporary Consumers – December 2011 Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per envelope.
Online Entries must be received before January, 31 2012 at 5:00 P.M. ET to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2012 and received by February 6, 2012. Sponsors’ computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. You may enter once per survey during the Sweepstakes Period. Maximum number of entries eligible during the sweepstakes period is ten (10). Multiple Entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.
